This privacy policy explains how LN Services Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, or engage us for marketing services. LN Services Inc. is located at 522 19th St, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, United States.
Information we collect
Information you send us. The contact form on this website asks for your name, your email address and a message, and lets you add a phone number and the name of your company if you choose to. When you call or email us, we receive what you tell us.
Calls to our phone number may be recorded and transcribed, and so may a voicemail you leave, so that we can follow up on your request.
Information about your visit. When you visit this website, the servers that host it receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the page you asked for and the time of the request. The services described under “Analytics and measurement” below also collect information about your visit.
Information about client businesses. When a business engages us, we receive information about its locations and its marketing accounts and materials and, with the business’s explicit authorization, access to its Google Business Profile and related accounts. How we handle data received from Google is described under “Google user data” below.
How we use information
- To answer your request and to provide the services a client engages us for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To prepare reports and recommendations for our clients.
- To send you messages about your request or your engagement with us. Text messages are sent only if you agreed to receive them, as described under “Text messages (SMS)” below.
- To comply with the law and to enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data for advertising.
Who receives information
Form submissions reach us through LunOS, our own website platform, which hosts this site and stores them for us.
We also use a small number of service providers to run our business, such as email, telephone, hosting and accounting services. They process information on our behalf, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How we handle the mobile number and the consent you give us for text messages is described under “Text messages (SMS)” below.
Google user data
LN Services Inc.’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
With each client’s explicit authorization, we access that client’s Google Business Profile data, such as business location information, posts, reviews and performance insights, only to provide our management and reporting services on the client’s behalf.
- No sale. We do not sell Google user data to anyone.
- No advertising use. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized advertising or interest-based advertising.
- Limited use. We use and keep Google user data only as needed to provide the services the client engaged us for, and only for as long as that purpose requires.
- Human access. People on our team access Google user data only where it is necessary to perform the service, to comply with the law, or with the client’s explicit consent.
- Revocation. A client can revoke our access to its Google Business Profile at any time in its Google account settings. After access is revoked or the engagement ends, we stop accessing the data and delete it, or keep it only as the law requires.

Analytics and measurement
This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service of Google LLC. It records the pages you view and how you use them, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use, and it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. We use this to count visits and improve the website. This information is not sold. Learn how Google uses this data, and your choices, at https://www.google.com/
This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.
If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.
To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check by Cloudflare, Inc. that reads technical information about your browser and device. It does not use advertising cookies.
Some pages of this website show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google LLC. The map loads from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some parts of this website work.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to answer your request, provide our services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you. A client may ask us to delete its data at any time, subject to the records the law requires us to keep.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit how we use it. Children’s privacy
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
