Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LN General Services website and the marketing services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website design and development, content and social media, and analytics and reporting services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("Services Agreement"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business and locations.
• Grant and maintain the access necessary for us to perform the services, including any third-party platform access (such as Google Business Profile manager access).
• Review deliverables and reports and provide timely feedback or approvals.
• Comply with applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platforms used in connection with the services.

You agree not to use our website or services to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or (d) engage in deceptive practices, including review fraud or other tactics that violate the policies of Google or any other platform.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable Services Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Overdue amounts may accrue interest and may result in suspension of services after written notice.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methodologies, software, and the LunOS platform. Subject to full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables produced specifically for them. Client data and client-owned assets remain the property of the client.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed by the other in connection with the services and to use such information only for purposes of the engagement.

Our services may involve third-party platforms (including Google Business Profile and other Google services) which are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, outages, or actions they take on accounts.

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant specific search rankings or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to these Terms or the services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees paid by the client to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable Services Agreement. Upon termination, you will pay all amounts due for services performed through the termination date, and we will cooperate in transferring deliverables and revoking access as reasonably requested.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
